Maria Kefalogianni is a PhD Candidate at Physics Department at the University of Crete, Greece. She received her Bachelor in 2016, and her Master Diploma in “Photonics and Nanoelectronics” in 2018, at Physics Department at the University of Crete. At her undergraduate and graduate thesis were on the research area of biophtotonics and specifically on Light Sheet Microscopy and wavefront shaping. In 2019, she joined the Ultrafast Laser Micro and Nano Processing Group of the IESL, FORTH. Her current research interests include bioimaging and adaptive optics.
